Go to the Rebel Outpost on Rori and get missions from the Rebel Mission Terminal there.

Most missions are around 250m to 550m away, so they are pretty close to town. You get 8 to 13 faction points per mission. With each mission there are usually 2 to 4 Imperials gaurding whatever you have to destroy and I have been getting around 13 to 15 faction points per dead Imperial.

And as I have seen is cool to roll missions South or North.They seem
to be better.

Being done faster and I like when I see many Ravenous Tortons
which give cool XP .
