Okay this is a guide on how to get your wife and girlfriends to let you play, its self made, so feedback would be awsome
Wrong way:
-ME: Hey, I might play Warcraft for a bit...

-WIFE: No

Right way
-ME: ME: Hey Baby, the guild is running MC tonight and we really haven't had many priests on. Besides, we want to clear as far as possible before the reset and I'm gonna miss ZG tomorrow because of work and I need to start getting some DKP or I'm never gonna get my Epics and...

-WIFE(interupting): If I let you play will you shut up and let me watch American Idol?

Your guide won't work,for many reasons.

-saying to a girl/woman , MC, before reset,reset of what??? miss ZG, Huh???? getting some DKP ? what about doing extra hours to get extra cash?? get epics ?? ,won't be any good reason since she won't understand 10% of what you are talking about,and might even think you are taking her for an idiot.

-no women will say,will you let me watch "any tv program",they will just watch them and won't ask you anything about it.

-If she says "if i let you play with something else than her or her body part" i see your relation is going wrong,mostly because she is talking to you like she was to a child,and women don't like to be dating with an adult child,if you know what i mean.They can find it fun but very fast they will be looking for someone able to make decision on his own.

What usually works is turn the comp on and just don't ask if you can play,just play.Fair enough if you spend all your time playing ,you will most likely end up alone with your comp but hey it was your chose.
Personally,i rarely watch tv,so once the kid is in bed,wife watching tv,i play and no Q asked.
In sumary take care of your daily business and no one will say anything about what you do after,some watch tv,other get drunk ...

But you can always try the fast and direct way:

you : i gonna play now, and i don't want to be disturbed.
gf/wife : no,you need to do that and this.
you: shut up!!!
I just said i gonna play and that is it.Once again i see durt on the floor,you haven't
cleaned the house like i told you, so you should be busy if i'm not mistaken.
And if it doesn't please you,there is a hole in the wall called door,you can use it.

The good part of that scen is that you will be able to play as much as you want,but you will be alone and doing the cleaning yourself

her: as long as you please me tonight (because your that good!)
you: you know i will
her: i know you will

I dunno, this make more sense than telling her there's a stupid MC raid tonight lol./

You should come over to the sand trap. All the food that you can eat. And lot's of locals lpoking for a hubbie! Just make sure you come over as a Merc since the GI's are under orders not to have fun.
